Anyone who has a problem with the intro.mp4 not showing the image on a device or emulator, the problem is in the encoding of the video when exporting, converting the video to H.265 worked on all devices that were tested!

Videos with a black or purple screen, configure the panel to Disable the hardware decoder. If the app has already taken the old settings from the panel, Clear Cache and data or go to the app settings and disable it manually.
