REQUEST Panel IBO

Does anyone have an IBO panel with apk that when the customer opens the apk their MAC automatically goes to the panel and there you edit it to release it or not and etc... I had one of these but unfortunately I lost it some time ago and I'm looking for it or something similar again.. thank you all!
