DOWNLOAD Fix Licv4 Panel (Firebase now removed from api file) UPDATE

Here is proper fix not with firebase like the fixes that have been sent which can be cut again posted elsewhere with firebase in.
Other fix files your seeing are linked to firebase.
On your original panel and ApiIPTV.php
Go to the bit that says function licV4_response() and remove that whole section.
Replace it with this and means you can continue using your original panel meaning you dont lose any functions you had before.
